Entrance via French doors opening into a large lounge area with TV receiving English Channels (not Sky), dvd player, so don’t forget the kids dvd’s, and a log burner for winter lettings. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, gas cooker, extensive work surface and cupboards, iron and ironing board. To one side there is the shower room with toilet and washbasin. There is another set of double doors to the rear opening out onto your own private patio area, complete with table, chairs, BBQ and sun brolley, over looking the shared pool.
